Made from mahogany wood with a white oak finish, it brings a warm country sensibility to your living room or parlor. It has a rattan back and firm, removable foam-filled cushions covered in a cotton-blend fabric for easy maintenance.

The chair is very pretty. The color of the "wood" and the fabric is as described in the online images. The finish is slightly white washed, however it looks and feels like plastic. I am going to keep the chair because stylistically it works well with my other furnishings, but feel that at $408 I overpaid a minimum of $100-150.
