I would give ZERO stars if it was possible. I received the Grohe tub filler and we had it on site for a bathroom renovation. When the plumber was installing he discovered that the hot and cold lines within the faucet were two short from the factory. Therefore it leaked when installed. I messaged the seller and they were unwilling to do ANYTHING to help me despite them selling me a faulty product. I was told I would have to now go through Grohe for a warranty replacement and they were unwilling to help with that either. I am a bath and kitchen remodeler, I do not have time to wait around and get a replacement part from the manufacturer when I need to complete my customers’ bathroom. Therefore, I had to purchase the same faucet from a different retailer that is a big well-known company instead of trying to support this small seller which is the reason I purchased it from them in the first place. Be aware that you may not get any support from this seller if it’s needed. Also, Amazon won’t intervene to help me fyi..
