The Good: Fame and picture look great with the diploma. The quality is good. The back is just thin cardboard, which doesn’t provide much support against the diploma, so you have to tape the diploma to the matting. That said, it’s still a nice frame set for the price.The Bad: However, the frame had a large chip in the top right corner. It was wrapped in several inches of bubble wrap, so it seems the frame was damaged prior to packaging. I was hoping to get a replacement frame without paying for shipping a second time, but there was no “replace” option—only “return”. Thus, I would have had to return the frame and rebuy it, which would have cost me another $17.99 in shipping. I gave 3 stars because there was no option to get a replacement frame without paying shipping for a second time, despite the fact that the frame arrived damaged.
